Located just steps off of Mondrian's iconic lobby, The Restaurant at Mondrian South Beach blends the visionary design of Marcel Wanders withan exceptional menu and artisanal cocktails curated by our talented team of mixologists. Offering breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, this modern American brasserie and sushi bar serves globally inspired cuisine that is locally sourced and designed to be shared. The Restuarant combines inventive American cuisine with an authentic South Beach influence, with signature dishes such as Branzino "ala Plancha" with Charred Lemon & Tuscan Kale, Salmon Nashi with Asian Pear, Yuzu, & Espelette, Tuna Poke with Avocado, Aji Amarillo, Mango, & Pickled Mustard Seed & Mini Tacos served in varieties such as Chili Braised Brisket, Chipotle Lime Chicken, 48 hour Pork Belly Carnitas, and Miami’s freshest Market Fish. Guests are invited to dine inside our dramatic dining room featuring a 20 foot communal table and oversized chandeliers, or enjoy an al fresco culinary experience in our open-air dining room with spectacular views of the Miami skyline.
